After you purchase this Gift Certificate we will contact you by email for the specific information you would like on your certificate.  Your name, recipient's name, any message you would like added to your certificate like, "Merry Christmas from Santa and the reindeer."  You will then receive a PDF of the gift certificate which you could print and give as a gift or simply send the PDF in an email.

Redemption:  Your gift certificate will have a code on it which is registered in our clinic system with your name on the account.  The recipient will present the printed or PDF of their certificate to pay for their service.
